Lahore Polo Club

Lahore Polo Club is Pakistan's most prestigious polo institution and one of South Asia's oldest continuously operating polo clubs, with roots stretching back to the colonial era when the British Army's presence in the Punjab made Lahore one of the great polo cities of Asia. Today the club remains the heart of Pakistani polo — home to the Lahore Open, the country's premier polo tournament, and the base from which Pakistan's top handicap players have built careers that have extended to international competition. Pakistan has produced some of genuine world-class polo talent, and the Lahore Polo Club's traditions, facilities, and competitive culture have been essential to that development.
