Oak Brook Polo Club is one of the most historic polo venues in the American Midwest, founded in 1922 by the Butler family whose polo philanthropy helped sustain the sport in Illinois through the twentieth century. Located in Oak Brook, a western suburb of Chicago, the club has hosted major USPA events and maintained a proud tradition of high-goal polo that has produced some of the region's finest players. The club's summer season from May through October takes advantage of the Illinois heartland climate, and Oak Brook has long been the natural polo home for Chicago's business and social elite.
