Felipe Viana is Uruguay's most prominent polo ambassador on the South American circuit, a 6-goal player who has competed across Argentina, Uruguay, and internationally with a consistency and quality that has made him one of the most respected players to emerge from Uruguayan polo in recent years. Uruguay has a long polo tradition rooted in its gaucho culture and estancia farming heritage, and Viana is a product of that tradition — he is an exceptional horseman with the calm authority and tactical intelligence that characterises players shaped by the South American estancia environment.
