The Copa República Argentina is the Asociación Argentina de Polo's flagship open-format national tournament, welcoming teams across the full handicap spectrum from 0 to 40 goals. Unlike the elite-only Triple Crown events, the Copa República is deliberately inclusive, creating a unique spectacle where club-level teams from the Argentine interior compete in early rounds while the country's top professionals dominate the latter stages. Held primarily at the Campo Argentino de Polo in Palermo, Buenos Aires, the tournament provides a pathway for Argentina's vast polo base — the deepest in the world — to experience competition at the nation's most historic ground.
