Jakarta Polo Club

Jakarta Polo Club is Indonesia's premier polo facility and the central institution behind the sport's establishment as a competitive pursuit in Southeast Asia's largest nation. Established in 2015 in the greater Jabodetabek metropolitan region, the club operates two grass fields and a stabling complex designed to accommodate both domestic members and visiting international teams. The club maintains close cooperative relationships with the Thailand Polo Association, the Malaysia Polo Association, and other ASEAN polo bodies, positioning itself as part of an integrated Southeast Asian polo circuit that is growing rapidly with FIP Asia's support. The Jakarta polo season operates within Indonesia's tropical climate calendar, avoiding the heaviest monsoon months, and the club has hosted Indonesian national championship events that have brought competitive structure to polo in the archipelago. The club's membership draws from Jakarta's business elite and the expatriate community, reflecting the patron model that has driven polo's growth across the developing Asian market.
