These are the five criteria every piece of content must satisfy before it is published on World Polo Guide.
Originality
All editorial content — articles, guides, and analysis — is written or commissioned by World Polo Guide. We do not republish press releases verbatim. Syndicated material is clearly attributed.
Fact-Checking
Every factual claim must be traceable to a primary source: an official federation, a club's own communications, a verified statistics database, or a named expert. Claims that cannot be sourced are removed before publication.
Source Attribution
Sources are cited in-text or linked directly. For data pages (clubs, players, tournaments), a "last verified" date and the nature of the source (official website, direct contact, community report) are recorded.
Balanced Perspective
Opinionated content is clearly labelled as editorial or commentary. Factual guides aim to represent the diversity of the sport — different national traditions, formats, and skill levels — without favouring any single federation or region.
No Conflicts of Interest
Staff and contributors must disclose any commercial, personal, or competitive relationship with subjects they cover. Editors will reassign or recuse where a conflict exists. Paid placements are never presented as organic editorial.

Corrections & Updates Policy
