Heloise Wilson-Smith is one of the most talented young women competing in English polo today, representing a new wave of British female players who are reshaping perceptions of the sport. A member of one of the sport's well-connected polo families, Heloise grew up around the game and developed her skills through rigorous junior competition before graduating to adult club polo. With a 2-goal HPA handicap, she competes regularly at leading English clubs including Cowdray Park and Guards Polo Club, performing confidently in women's tournaments and mixed chukkas alike. Her game is characterised by intelligent positioning, strong horsemanship, and a competitive composure that belies her relative youth. She has represented England at junior international level and continues to develop her game at pace. Alongside her playing career, Heloise is closely associated with efforts to widen participation in women's polo, and she serves as an informal role model for younger girls entering the sport.
