The National Arena Delegates Cup is the United States Polo Association's principal championship within the indoor arena polo circuit, bringing together top arena polo teams from across the USA's regional delegate structure. Arena polo — played in enclosed arenas with three players per side, rubber ball, and boards — is particularly strong in North America, where the indoor format thrives in cities with harsh winters and in equestrian centres without access to large outdoor fields. The Delegates Cup is the national showcase event for arena polo and draws competitors who may never play grass polo but are elite performers within their specialist discipline.
